GDPR Policy

This policy describes how Alanya Turistik İşletmeciler Derneği (ALTİD), as the data controller for this portal, collects and processes personal data, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Data controller

Alanya Turistik İşletmeciler Derneği (ALTİD), Alanya, Türkiye — www.altid.org.tr.

What data we collect

When your hotel or organisation is registered on this portal, we collect:

  • your full name;
  • your e-mail address, used for signing in and for notices about surveys;
  • optionally, a username and preferred display language;
  • the occupancy and source-market statistics you submit for your hotel through the survey forms.

This site does not use analytics or tracking technologies; see the Cookie Policy for the small number of cookies used.

Why we process this data

Account data is processed to grant access to the portal and identify submissions to your hotel or organisation. Survey data is processed to compile regional occupancy and source-market statistics for our members. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in administering our association's data collection (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, your consent given by submitting survey data through the portal (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Sharing and transfers

Your data is used only for portal administration and statistical analysis by ALTİD. Survey data is published only as anonymized, aggregate regional and source-market statistics — no individual hotel data is made accessible to any third party. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where a legal obligation requires us to do so. The data is stored on servers managed for ALTİD and is accessible only to authorised staff.

Retention

Account and survey records are kept for as long as they are needed for the administration and analysis of our association's data collection and are deleted or anonymised when no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • request that inaccurate data be corrected;
  • request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • request that processing be restricted, or object to processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Exercising your rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact ALTİD through www.altid.org.tr. We will respond to requests within the period required by the applicable law.
