GDPR Politikası

This policy describes how Alanya Turistik İşletmeciler Derneği (ALTİD), as the data controller for this website, collects and processes personal data, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Data controller

Alanya Turistik İşletmeciler Derneği (ALTİD), Alanya, Türkiye — www.altid.org.tr.

What data we collect

When you check in to an event through this site, we collect:

  • your full name;
  • at least one contact detail — a phone number or an e-mail address;
  • optionally, the name of the company or organisation you work for;
  • the event you checked in to and the date and time of your check-in.

For registered staff accounts, we additionally store a username, contact details, and language preference. This site does not use analytics or tracking technologies; see the Çerez Politikası for the small number of cookies used.

Why we process this data

Check-in data is processed to register and manage attendance at events organised or hosted by ALTİD: confirming your registration, preventing duplicate check-ins, and providing organisers with attendance lists. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in organising and administering our events (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, your consent given by submitting the check-in form (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Sharing and transfers

Your data is used only for event administration by ALTİD. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where a legal obligation requires us to do so. The data is stored on servers managed for ALTİD and is accessible only to authorised staff.

Retention

Attendance records are kept for as long as they are needed for the administration and documentation of the related event and are deleted or anonymised when no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • request that inaccurate data be corrected;
  • request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • request that processing be restricted, or object to processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Exercising your rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact ALTİD through www.altid.org.tr. We will respond to requests within the period required by the applicable law.
