- The technical meeting of the competition will be held on October 10, 2009, at 17:00.
- Club teams and individually licensed athletes in the Star Men, Jr Men, Elite B, 30+ age Master Men, Elite Men, and Elite Women categories may participate in the competitions.
- a. Full per diem will be paid to the first 65% of the athletes participating in the competition who complete the race. (Board of Directors decision no. 8 dated 18.04.2007)
b. Per diem allowances shall be paid to 1 coach (or administrator) of the province or club that has a total of 2–4 athletes entitled to per diem allowances in each category; and to 1 coach and 1 administrator of the province or club that has 5 or more athletes entitled to per diem allowances, provided that the numbers specified in clause (a) are not exceeded, in the form of centralized payment.
- Club teams shall submit their delegation lists, approved by the Provincial Directorates of Youth and Sports of their respective provinces, and the athletes' 2009 season licensed credentials to the race commissioner at the technical meeting. Delegation lists shall serve as the basis for the payment of per diems.
- The travel expenses and per diems of administrators-coaches and athletes for whom no per diem is paid by the Federation may be covered by the Provincial Directorates within the limits of available resources.
ALANYA INTERNATIONAL MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE PROGRAM

COMPETITION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Athletes may participate in the competitions with delegation lists approved by the Provincial Directorates and 2009 season endorsed athlete licenses. Those participating in the UCI category must have obtained their UCI licenses.
- UCI and Turkish Cycling Federation Regulations shall apply in the competitions.
- Administrators and athletes shall attend the technical meeting. Athletes who do not attend the meeting shall be responsible for the rules announced during the meeting.
- Athletes wearing National Team jerseys will be disqualified.
- Any behavior by an athlete that negatively affects other competitors is a cause for disqualification.
- It is mandatory for team officials and individual athletes to attend the Technical Meeting to be held. (The participation of 1 person from a team is sufficient) Every athlete is responsible for what will be explained at the meeting. Course and other race details will be announced at the technical meeting.
- Races will be organized in the Jr Men, Elite B, 30+ age Master Men, Elite Men, and Elite Women categories.
- During registration, athletes in the Elite Men, Elite Women, and Juniors categories must present their 2009 endorsed GSİM license and their 2009 UCI license, while athletes in other categories must only show their 2009 endorsed GSİM license to the registration official.
- Individual athletes shall complete their registrations personally, and no other person may register on behalf of an individual athlete.
- Bib numbers will be the same as the numbers distributed in the previous race, and no new number distribution will be made.
- Delegation lists shall be brought to the competition venue and submitted to the Federation official.
- Payroll sheets will be distributed by the Federation official at the technical meeting of the race and must be filled out and submitted to the Federation official by the end of the race.
