Burhan Sili, Chairman of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association, stated, "We take the importance of qualified personnel in the tourism and accommodation sectors very seriously, and we are working closely with the educational institutions operating in Alanya, just as we have done in the past."
ALTİD President Sili stated that they attach great importance to the issues of employment and qualified personnel from the perspective of the tourism and accommodation sector. "The tourism sector, which is labor-intensive, is based on human resources. This workforce makes a significant contribution to reducing the current account deficit by providing foreign currency inflows to the national economy. At the same time, it has positive effects on achieving international peace, which we urgently need in this period. In developed countries where tourism is prevalent, the quality of life improves, and when good service is provided, the resulting outcomes enhance the country's image, making significant contributions to international relations. In this regard, we take the importance of permanent and qualified personnel in the sector very seriously, and we are in close contact with the educational institutions operating in Alanya, as we have been in the past. We would like to thank, especially, our Dean Gümüş and his team for the joint work we will carry out in the future."
