Expressing that they set out with the slogan 'Producer, consumer, and inspector hand in hand' to ensure this, Demirekin said, "Raw and cooked products must be stored in different environments in businesses. Food and cleaning products must absolutely not be kept together. Materials used in businesses must be hygienic. The products used must be approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. In warehouses, products must be separated from one another according to each product type. Especially in the processing of pork products, a separate line must be established. It is important for the exterior of the business to be as hygienic as the interior. Business owners are responsible for all stages, from the receipt of incoming products to their processing and consumption," he said.
