Organized in collaboration with the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the on-the-job training courses held annually to classify tourism workers and enhance service quality are continuing. In 2007, these trainings will be conducted between June 18 and June 30 with courses on Management and Social Behaviors. These activities are organized to raise service standards in the sector and support the professional development of the staff.
Initiation courses organized annually in collaboration with the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the General Directorate of Tourism Training of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism are continuing with the aim of classifying tourism staff and increasing service quality in the tourism sector. The courses will continue with the Managers' Training Course and the Social Behaviors Course from June 18-30, 2007.
