Incentive Law and Qualification Regulation Announcement.

On June 1, 2019, the Law Amending the Tourism Encouragement Law and the Regulation on the Qualifications of Tourism Facilities were enacted, as published in Official Gazette No. 30791. The text of the law amending the Tourism Encouragement Law was published on June 1, 2019. The new regulation on the qualifications of tourism facilities was also published on June 1, 2019.
