The 19th annual "Orange Flag" Hygiene Accreditation program, which is based on applications, recognized successful businesses with awards presented at Cilvarda Restaurant. 158 businesses were awarded the "Orange Flag" Hygiene Accreditation. The awards were presented by Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, Member of the Board of Directors of the Türkiye Turizm Tanıtım ve Geliştirme Ajansı (TGA) and the Türkiye Otelciler Federasyonu (TÜROFED), and President of the Alanya Turistik İşletmeciler Derneği (ALTİD), Burhan Sili, along with other protocol members.
Businesses participating in the project were subject to inspection by technical personnel from the Alanya Municipality Environmental Protection Department for a period of one year. As a result of the technical inspection, businesses that were found to have met all hygiene criteria and for which it was determined that they could maintain these hygiene standards were awarded the Orange Flag.
