A certificate ceremony was held for the training sessions organized within the scope of the “labor force training project with employment guarantee in the tourism sector,” which is being carried out through the cooperation of İŞKUR and ALTİD under the chairmanship of the District Governor's Office. Certificates were presented to trainees in the front office, service, and housekeeping branches who successfully passed their exams after completing their theoretical and practical training. ALTİD has a 50% employment guarantee obligation in the project, and the practical training in the culinary branch is planned to conclude on July 27.

One of these training activities is the “labor force training project with employment guarantee in the tourism sector,” conducted in cooperation with İŞKUR and ALTİD under the chairmanship of the District Governor's Office.
This project was launched on February 16, 2009, with the selection of 175 people from a total of 520 applicants in the branches of front office (50 trainees), service (50 trainees), housekeeping (25) and kitchen (50 trainees). At the end of their theoretical training, the trainees completed their practical training in our various hotels between April 13 and June 2. Based on a total of 8 hours per day, the duration of the training is 75 days for front office, 78 days for service, and 75 days for housekeeping.
In the course where continuity is essential, certificates are being presented today in a ceremony to the trainees in the front office (41 trainees), service (35 trainees), and housekeeping (22 trainees) branches, whose theoretical and practical training ended on June 2 and who have successfully completed their exams.
The program, which began on February 16 and will last for 113 days, will conclude its practical training in the "culinary arts" vocational branch on July 27.
In the project, ALTİD has a 50% employment guarantee obligation, and our aim is to provide employment for all trainees.
