As ALTİD, our training and information activities for our member facilities continue.
In this context, the “Optimum Shift Planning” information seminar, which we organized for our members on Tuesday, April 13, at 17:00 at Kahya Hotel in cooperation with our association and Akdeniz University Alanya Faculty of Business, took place with the participation of human resources officials from the facilities.
At the end of the seminar, in which Lecturer Gonca Davras and Alanya Faculty of Business Dean Prof. Dr. İbrahim Güngör provided information, questions from the sector were answered and information was obtained from the sector. Within this framework, it was concluded that an exemplary planning study would be conducted in Alanya at a medium-capacity facility through the cooperation of ALTİD and the faculty.
