During a regional meeting of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association, the latest developments regarding the Antalya-Alanya-Gazipaşa railway transportation system and natural gas preparations were discussed.
The 5th regional consultation meeting organized by the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) was held with hotel operators in Keykubat, Oba, and Tosmur. The meeting, which addressed regional developments and tourism-related issues, was hosted by Diamond Hill Hotel. ALTİD Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Hoteliers Federation (TÜROFED), Burhan Sili, along with board members and tourism hotel operators, attended the meeting. During the meeting, topics discussed included: mosquito and insect control, the 2020 contract period, promotion, amendments to the "Regulation on the Certification and Qualifications of Tourism Facilities," support for the excavation work at the Syedra Ancient City, security incidents and measures in the city after 10:00 PM, noise from boats operating at night, the condition of the sand on the beaches, the Antalya-Gazipaşa Railway System Project, the current status of the natural gas issue, and the fees charged for electricity meters. It was decided to send informational letters to relevant institutions regarding these issues.
