The Türkiye Hotelier Federation (TÜROFED), in cooperation with JohnsonDiversey, is organizing information meetings under the slogan “Protect Your Business, Your Staff, and Your Customers Against Swine Flu” regarding the measures to be taken against Influenza A/H1N1 (Swine Flu), which, like the rest of the world, has affected Türkiye and, according to announcements made by the Ministry of Health, carries a risk of spreading in our country in the coming days.
Because hotels are venues where people from different geographies, with different lifestyles and habits, come together, they provide an atmosphere that facilitates the spread of Influenza A/H1N1 (Swine Flu). These meetings, which are being organized by TÜROFED—which evaluates this risk and takes action within the framework of its sectoral responsibilities—in cooperation with JohnsonDiversey, gain much greater importance at this stage.
In meetings to be hosted by associations affiliated with TÜROFED on a national scale in Türkiye, JohnsonDiversey experts will provide information to the managers and staff of member accommodation facilities regarding what should be done to protect against Influenza A/H1N1 (Swine Flu), what course of action should be followed in cases, and what measures should be taken, and documents prepared on the subject will be shared with the participants.
The series of meetings, which will begin in Bursa on October 20, will be completed in Ankara on November 12.
The meeting in Alanya will be held by our association on Tuesday, October 27, at 16:00 at Kahya Otel; we kindly request the participation of all officials.
