Within the scope of the promotional activities carried out at the Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair (EMITT) held in Istanbul from January 30th to February 2nd, the drawing for the "12 couples' vacation gift" event was held at the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) Board meeting. In a statement made after the drawing, Burhan Sili, President of ALTİD, who is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Türkiye Tanıtım ve Geliştirme Ajansı (TTGA) and the Türkiye Otelciler Federasyonu (TÜROFED), stated that the domestic tourism market is extremely important. "In terms of the sustainability of our region's tourism, we need to benefit from the domestic market by 20-25 percent. In this regard, we have been participating in EMITT, which is considered one of the most prestigious tourism fairs in the world, with great enthusiasm for 24 years, and it hosts participants from 103 countries. For the past 16 years, we have been introducing Istanbul residents to Alanya with the Alanya vacation giveaway, which attracts great interest at our stand. Today, we held the drawing for the applications received at the last fair and gave 12 couples a vacation in Alanya."
