Alanya Visitor Information Office was established in 2004 in cooperation between Alanya Municipality, ALTİD, and ALTSO. Its purpose is to provide visitors within Alanya with information about addresses and various topics related to the region. Since its opening, the office has been keeping monthly statistics on the activities based on the questions and topics received from visitors. November 2019 Data: During November, 247 people visited the visitor information office. Of these, 243 people visited the office in person, while 4 people contacted the office via the phone number 0 (242) 511 94 00. Out of the 247 inquiries, 243 people sought information, 1 person requested assistance, and 3 people requested translation services. The visitors included 98 people from Germany (40%), 40 from the United Kingdom (16%), 15 from Scandinavia (6%), 22 from the Netherlands (9%), 19 from Turkey (8%), 27 from Russia (11%), and the remaining 26 people (10%) were from various other nationalities. To the people who inquired, information was provided about places to visit in the region 139 times, directions to various addresses were given 105 times, and information about transportation to different areas was provided 81 times. In addition to information and directions, a total of 131 various maps and brochures were distributed. From the opening of the visitor information office on August 19, 2004, to November 1, 2019, 66,327 people have visited the office. This represents an average of 10 people per day and 364 people per month. The average number of visitors per year is 4,145 people.
