ALTİD's training activities are beginning

On-the-job training courses and personal development seminars aimed at staff development are planned to be held in the branches of Food and Beverage Service, Food Production, Training Managers as Trainers, Foreign Language Teaching Techniques, Front Office, and Housekeeping. Topics such as interpersonal communication, teamwork, motivation, body language, time management, and corporate culture will be addressed in the seminars. The training program and venue will be announced later, and those wishing to participate are requested to notify the association of their full name and department information no later than Wednesday evening, September 30.

Additionally, as the foundation of corporate development, personal development seminars on subjects such as “interpersonal communication, teamwork, motivation, body language, time management, and corporate culture” are planned to be held with the aim of increasing employee motivation and raising service quality.

Since the training program and venue will be announced to the participants at a later date; we kindly request that the full names and department information of those who wish to participate in on-the-job training courses and/or personal development seminars be reported to our association no later than the evening of Wednesday, September 30, and we wish you productive work.
