The 105th General Administration Board (GİK) Meeting and the panel on the development of high-quality tourism, organized by the MÜSİAD General Secretariat, were held at the Goldcity Hotel, hosted by the MÜSİAD Alanya Branch.
Burhan Sili, who spoke at the panel and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Türkiye Turizm Tanıtım ve Geliştirme Ajansı (TGA), the Türkiye Otelciler Federasyonu (TÜROFED), and the President of the Alanya Turistik İşletmeciler Derneği (ALTİD), said, "We are going through a difficult period that began with the pandemic and continued with the subsequent war. Thanks to the TGA's Safe Tourism Certification, we managed to overcome the most intense period of the pandemic with minimal damage. This was a project that served as an example to the world. However, due to the ongoing war, we have lost our two most important source markets. We plan to overcome this by seeking alternative markets. In this direction, as TGA, we are conducting promotions in over 120 countries."
