Hüseyin Kurtay, the Director of Relations with Civil Society at the Antalya Provincial Directorate, and Onur Akkoyun, the Head of District Relations with Civil Society in Alanya, visited Burhan Sili, a member of the Board of Directors of the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), the Turkish Hoteliers Federation (TÜROFED), and the President of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD). During the visit, discussions were held on topics including the tourism sector's contribution to employment, the experiences of the previous season, expectations for the 2021 season, efforts to increase the number of tourists visiting Antalya, the harmony between the private sector and the public sector, the diversification of the tourism sector, and collaborations with the Western Mediterranean Development Agency (BAKA). Also discussed were the coordination and cooperation of civil society organizations specifically in Antalya and Alanya.
