The consultation meetings of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) continued in the Kleopatra region.
The fourth of the 2019 Regional Consultation Meetings organized by the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) was held with Kleopatra hotel operators. The meeting, which addressed regional developments and tourism-related issues, was hosted by Grand Zaman Beach Hotel. ALTİD Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Hoteliers Federation (TÜROFED), Burhan Sili, the Chairman of the Kleopatra Hotel Association, Servet Şakiroğlu, board members, and tourism hotel operators attended the meeting. During the meeting, topics discussed included the presence and behavior of street vendors who extend to the beaches during non-working hours in the absence of private security, mosquito control, the order and problems experienced by local businesses, difficulties in public transportation, and the issue of individuals deported from various countries, primarily Germany, who are able to find jobs in Alanya solely because they speak a foreign language. It was decided to send informational letters to relevant institutions regarding these issues.
