Alanya Mayor Hasan Sipahioğlu expressed his satisfaction with the visit. During the visit, in which an exchange of views was held regarding the tourism season, Gazipaşa Airport, and other developments in the region, Mayor Sipahioğlu drew attention to the importance of the highway planned to be built between Antalya and Alanya. Stating that the Highway Project is ready, Mayor Sipahioğlu said, 'As Alanya, we need to focus in this direction so that the alternative road between Antalya and Alanya can enter service urgently.'

Police Chief Erkan Dur stated that the Alanya Coastline Security Improvement Project—which was carried out with 271,943.77 TL of support from BAKA, prepared by ALTİD in 2012 and put into service in 2013, and with a 350,000 TL contribution from ALTİD—has resulted in the camera surveillance of Alanya's central coastlines and the city. It was noted that with the merger of municipalities in 2014, this project should be evaluated as a whole with other towns and that such supports should continue. Furthermore, a discussion was held regarding how much the risk in a city would decrease as more surveillance and control is provided, including everyone from hoteliers and shop owners to apartment managers and neighborhood headmen.

During our visit to Gendarmerie Commander Alper Çetinkaya, a conversation was held regarding the need to better inform our guests and resident foreigners about theft incidents, and the necessity of informing our employees and people even more about Combating Violence Against Women not just on November 25, but 365 days a year.
