The Alanya Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe Equipment and Out-of-Home Consumption Fair, held for the second time this year at the Alanya Friday Market Multi-Purpose Fair and Event Center, began with opening remarks by officials. Following the speeches, plaques were presented to representatives of associations and organizations that contributed to the fair. Subsequently, the fair was officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Speaking at the opening of the fair, the Chairman of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD), Burhan Sili, said, "I would like to express my gratitude to all the institutions and organizations that contributed to the fair. I hope that the field of fairs will lead to much better and more suitable fairgrounds for Alanya. I wish that this fair will be beneficial to the businesses in Alanya and to all the companies participating here."
Following the opening ceremony, a panel discussion on the topic of "Sustainability in Alanya Tourism" was held. The fairground will host numerous panels and workshops for 3 days. Industry experts will participate in these events to provide information to business owners. Additionally, the 9th annual Gastro Alanya International Culinary Competition, organized by Alanya Municipality and the Altın Kepçe Tourism and Chefs Association, is also being held at the fairground.
