The 4th Miss Finland Alanya Camp Beauty Pageant, organized this year through a joint collaboration between the Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation (ALTAV), the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Detur, was held at the Banana Hotel Ballroom. Before the main competition to be held in Finland, the beauties made the jury's job quite difficult. At the event, which was attended by local and foreign members of the press, 23-year-old and 1.70 meters tall contestant number 2 Shirly Karvinen was selected as the Press Beauty, 22-year-old and 1.80 meters tall contestant number 9 Elli-Noora Koskela was selected as the Audience Beauty, and 22-year-old and 1.75 meters tall contestant number 4 Elina Hoiska was selected as the Alanya Beauty.

Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, Alanya Tourist Operators Association (ALTİD) President Burhan Sili, tourism professionals, and Finns living in Alanya or visiting the city for vacation attended the night. In the evening, which also included film and television actors Hüseyin Özay and Çiğdem Aysu, Cemal Hünal, who became famous with the film Issız Adam, also served as a jury member and gave scores to the 10 beauty finalists. At the end of the night, these three celebrities made statements about Alanya to the national press.

It is a city whose value is not well known, which is visited less by domestic tourists, and which should be visited more. It is a corner of paradise where agricultural products are better than in our other provinces, and its sea and air are unique. There are many places to visit, but foreigners know its value more than we do. Domestic tourism needs to be more active. When looked at, there is no better place to go.”

Stating that producers in today's cinema and series industry are entering into alternative searches, Hüseyin Özay also spoke, saying, “Alanya is a world city with its historical and natural beauties. Carrying out studies in such a city that is suitable for the cinema industry will add color to the silver screen.”
