“MEETINGS HELD WITH TURKISH AND RUSSIAN AGENTS”

Making an assessment in light of the meetings conducted, Sili stated, “In addition to our meetings with travel agency representatives participating from many parts of the world, we also had one-on-one contacts, particularly with Turkish and Russian-origin agencies and tour operators. We brought our accommodation and transportation advantages to the fore to encourage them to increase sales to Turkey. In the German market, there is an increase in Turkey and Alanya reservations within the last 10 days. There is movement in last-minute reservations. In general terms, there is an expectation that sales for the upcoming summer season will not fall below the 2016 figures.”
