The Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) and Renkler Akademi jointly organized a seminar for accommodation facility operators and general managers, focusing on "Developing leadership skills through a coaching approach in the tourism sector, and creating individual awareness for corporate success." During the seminar, sociologist and professional coach, personal and theoretical development expert Mustafa Şahin, provided information to representatives of the tourism sector on topics such as awareness, leadership, effective communication, teamwork, motivation, stress management, and anger control.
