The Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) and Hotel Linkage Academy jointly organized an informational seminar titled "Understanding Online Sales Technologies and Ecosystems to Avoid Falling Behind and to Enhance Sales." The informational seminar, held at the Sunprime C-Lounge Hotel, was attended by sales and marketing representatives and general managers from all facilities operating in the region. In his opening speech, ALTİD Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Hotel Federation (TÜROFED), Burhan Sili, stated that the digital revolution, which is influencing our lives today, has also significantly impacted the travel and accommodation sector. "We are in a digital age that eliminates boundaries in our daily lives, and we are trying to keep up with this rapid development. These developments also bring about conceptual complexities. We will continue to inform the sector and our members in line with the demands and needs," he said. Erhan Kaya, Business Development and Marketing Specialist at Hotel Linkage Academy, delivered the seminar, which lasted 3 hours and covered 13 topics.
