An information seminar on the subject of "Food Safety" will be held on Wednesday, MAY 20, 2009, at 14:00 in the ALTSO conference hall, in cooperation with ALTİD and the Trım district directorate. We expect the participation of officials at the seminar, which will be specifically directed towards hotel managers, food and beverage managers, and kitchen department officials.
