The "Cybersecurity Summit for the Tourism Sector," organized in collaboration between the Western Mediterranean Development Agency (BAKA) and the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD), was held at the Alanya Culture Center.

Organized by the Western Mediterranean Development Agency (BAKA) in cooperation with the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the "Cybersecurity Summit in the Tourism Sector" was attended by Alpaslan Kesici, General Coordinator of the Türkiye Cybersecurity Cluster; Volkan Güler, Secretary General of BAKA; Eray Erdem, President of ALTSO; Burhan Sili, President of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD); and tourism professionals.

In his opening speech, ALTİD President Sili said, "If we talk about today, there is a new opportunity in terms of technology. This opportunity is affecting all sectors. We, like the rest of the world, are taking advantage of this opportunity in Alanya. However, we know that along with the conveniences that technology brings, there are also significant risks. This is a very important issue. We need to be a part of this new opportunity that is developing in the world. In order to be a part of this, and even to have a say in the world, I believe that developing products is important, as are these efforts. I would also like to thank our Ministry of Industry and Technology and all relevant institutions for the work they have done."
