The Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation (ALTAV) promoted Alanya at the 15th Azerbaijan Tourism Fair. The Alanya stand was located under the umbrella of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Nurhan Özcan, President of the Alanya City Council, represented Alanya. Elvan Güneş, a member of the Board of Directors of ALTAV and the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD), also supported the promotional activities.

During the fair, President İlham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, a country with a population of 10 million, met with participants and visited the Alanya stand. Güneş, who provided information to the President about Azerbaijan and Alanya tourism, stated, "Alanya hosts a significant number of guests from Azerbaijan. We invited President Aliyev to Alanya. He spoke very positively about our region."
