Antalya Convention Bureau Vice President Nizamettin Şen and Director Sinan İnan provided information regarding congress tourism activities in our region and our country during their visit to ALTSO. An exchange of views was also held on the integration of the Alanya Konaklı Congress Center, whose construction is ongoing in Konaklı, with the Antalya Convention Center.
At the meeting, which ALTİD President Gülçin Güner also attended, the future planning of the Konaklı Congress Center, the construction of which is ongoing in cooperation with Akdeniz University, Konaklı Municipality, and ALTSO, was discussed.
In the meeting, where the contributions that Antalya Tanıtım AŞ, in which ALTSO has become a partner, will make to the promotion of the Konaklı Congress Center were discussed, Antalya Convention Bureau Vice President Nizamettin Şen stated that they are following Alanya's efforts regarding congress tourism with appreciation and emphasized the importance of the steps Alanya has taken in the field of congress tourism. He stated that if Alanya and Antalya become integrated, the region's potential in congress tourism could also increase, and that they are ready to share their knowledge and experience.
