Antalya Governor Muammer Türker, who has been conducting various inspections by meeting with non-governmental organizations operating in Alanya, visited the Board of Directors of the Alanya Tourist Operators Association. Governor Türker attended ALTİD’s weekly regular meeting together with Alanya District Governor Dr. Hasan Tanrıseven, Provincial Gendarmerie Regiment Commander Senior Colonel Ahmet Yurdagül, Provincial Police Chief Cemil Tombul, and Alanya District Police Chief Mehmet Ömür Saka.
GOVERNOR TÜRKER: THERE IS BENEFIT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ALTERNATIVE TOURISM IN ALANYA
During the visit, Governor Türker stated, “Within the framework of our trip to Alanya, we attended the weekly regular meeting of ALTİD to conduct a general evaluation before the tourism season. We exchanged ideas with the representatives of our association, which is highly active in the field of tourism. I conveyed to them that it would be beneficial for alternative tourism to develop in Alanya. In addition to Alanya, we believe that evaluating the tourism infrastructure of Gazipaşa as well will be of great benefit to the development of mass tourism. I wish you a good tourism season.”

Burhan Sili, Board Member of the Turkish Hotel Association (TÜROFED) and President of ALTİD, who provided detailed information to Governor Türker regarding the work being carried out before the new tourism season, stated: “We thank our Honorable Governor for attending our regular weekly meeting. In these meetings, we examine and evaluate what can be done regarding tourism. We also occasionally exchange ideas with our District Governor, Mr. Tanrıseven, during these meetings.
