Waste materials washed ashore due to excessive wave activity are being collected and disposed of by the Alanya Municipality and the Alanya Association of Tourism Operators (ALTİD) cleaning teams. Waste materials carried into the sea by rivers, combined with pollution on the seabed, are being washed ashore by the excessive wave activity, resulting in unsightly scenes. The Alanya Municipality's Environmental Protection and Control Department, along with the ALTİD cleaning teams, are intervening to address the pollution on the beaches.
