Of the applications, 1,065 were from Germans, 329 from British, 180 from Scandinavians, 145 from Dutch, 117 from Turks, and the remaining 289 applications were received from tourists of various nationalities. In the percentage distribution, the share of German visitors was 50%, the share of British visitors was 15%, the share of Scandinavian visitors was 8%, the share of Dutch visitors was 7%, the share of Turkish visitors was 6%, and the share of citizens from other remaining countries was 14%.
Of all these applications, 2,110 were made in person, 12 were made via a standard telephone line, and 3 were made via the free consultation hotline at 0800 5114001. A total of 21,848 applications have been made from the opening date of the office to date.
