The new board of directors of the Mediterranean Professional Chefs Association AKPAB, headed by Zekai Ademir, visited the ALTİD Management during the weekly board of directors meeting held on April 6.
During the visit where impressions regarding the 2010 tourism season were discussed, training activities in cooperation between two institutions concerning the culinary branch in businesses were brought to the agenda. Based on the need for training specifically within the "dishwasher" staff in the kitchen department, it was decided that AKPAB would prepare the training details.
