During the visit, an exchange of views was held on tourism and Alanya's promotion efforts. ALTAV Management requested support for promotion efforts from President Türel.
The meeting held at Antalya Metropolitan Municipality was attended by Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, Metropolitan Municipality Alanya Deputy Coordinator Nurettin Uludağ, Alanya Association of Tourist Operators (ALTİD) President Burhan Sili, ALTAV Vice President Mehmet Dahaoğlu, and ALTAV board members Elvan Güneş, Şükrü Cimrin, Nurhan Özcan, Hüseyin Değirmenci, Nuri Demir, Gaye Coşkun, Cüneyt Özpamuk, Akın Tabaklar, Gürol Birgen, Kerim Yılmaz, and Hüseyin Gümrükçüler. During the visit, which took place with a large delegation, Alanya Mayor and ALTAV President Yücel provided information regarding ALTAV, which was restructured following the elections held in November. Yücel stated that a structure including all NGOs had been established.
Metin Türel, the Metropolitan Mayor, provided information regarding the regional promotion activities carried out with the support of the Antalya Municipality and stated that they would also provide support for Alanya's activities.
ALTAV PRESENTED TWO PROJECTS
ALTAV Vice President Mehmet Dahaoğlu presented a file to Türel regarding the foundation's activities and two projects on the foundation's agenda. One of the files concerned the advertising campaign planned for the domestic market. Another file contained organizational information for a 30-day promotion to be held during the Fesh-i Ramazan festivals in the city of Dortmund, Germany.
“BRING PROJECTS”
President Türel promised to support the requests coming from the Alanya team regarding the project. Türel stated that while large resources could not be transferred as a municipality, they were ready to work on the request for promotion budgets to be provided by sponsors and ministries. Türel said, "I am ready to be a clerk for Alanya." Menderes Türel also undertook the billboard advertisements to be made in Gaziantep and other cities to support domestic market studies. Türel also promised support for the cargo and flight tickets of the Fesh-i Ramazan Festival.
At the end of the meeting, which lasted approximately 40 minutes, Alanya photographs and a painting made from Alanya silkworms were presented to Türel.
