According to the Law on the Gain of Certain Assets to the National Economy, numbered 5811, it was required to make a declaration or notification by 02/03/2009 to benefit from the asset peace. With the 44th article, which entered into force on 10/07/2009, the publication date of Law number 5917, the period for benefiting from the Law was extended until 30/09/2009 by amending the 3rd article of Law number 5811, and the Council of Ministers was authorized to extend the declaration and notification periods until the end of the following third month. Accordingly, according to the Council of Ministers' decision dated 29.09.2009 and numbered 2009/15456, this period was extended until 31/12/2009.
