'TARGET: 20,000 TOURISTS TO ANTALYA IN 2018.'

During the first part of the evening, Nina Hornewall, Commercial Relations Manager at Apollo; Mariam Sabrie, Regional Manager for Apollo in Turkey; and Manolis Pantellelis, Contract Manager at Apollo, provided important information about the Scandinavian market. Hornewall stated that Apollo, which brought 27,000 guests from Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland to the Antalya region in 2016, and 15,000 guests in 2017, aims to reach a figure of 20,000 in 2018.

"TURKEY IS AHEAD OF ITS COMPETITORS."
Hornewall emphasized that Turkey is experiencing a resurgence in the Scandinavian market, attributing this growth to high satisfaction rates, stating, "Turkey is ahead of its competitors in terms of satisfaction scores."
"The balance between price and quality must be maintained."
Hornewall stated that, with the country's conditions and the support of hotels, this figure is likely to increase again in 2019 and subsequent years, but that it is crucial to maintain high levels of satisfaction in hotels, and that the support of Turkish hoteliers is needed to maintain a balance between price and quality. "While Turkey has a satisfaction rate of 43.7 out of 50 under these conditions, Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP) has achieved a satisfaction rate of 49.2. This satisfaction rate is quite high compared to other airports in the world. With this score, GZP significantly surpasses Antalya Airport, which has a satisfaction rate of 31.09."
