The ceremony was attended by Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, Alanya Association of Tourism Professionals (ALTİD) President Burhan Sili, Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) Alanya Regional Executive Board (BYK) President Suat Çavuşoğlu, representatives of the Mediterranean Professional Chefs Association, tourism professionals, and students. In the ceremony, which served as the opening for Tourism Week and Chefs' Day, during which various activities will be held between April 15-22, there were wreath-laying ceremonies, a moment of silence, the singing of the National Anthem, followed by folk dance troupes and animation performances by students from the Vocational Girls' High School.
