Waste accumulated on the seabed has been washed ashore by waves reaching up to 2 meters. The pollution created is being removed by the cleaning team of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD). Throughout the day, cleaning efforts are underway in the eastern and western regions of Alanya, restoring the beaches to their former appearance. ALTİD Chairman Burhan Sili reminded that they have been carrying out beach improvement and cleaning activities in coordination with Alanya Municipality for 12 months. He stated, "City cleanliness cannot be achieved only by institutions and cleaning personnel. Especially, the residents living here need to be sensitive."
