On December 31, 2021, the Official Gazette published the "Regulation Regarding Amendments to the Implementation of the Regulation on the Characteristics of Tourism Facilities." This regulation includes changes related to the classification of facilities, investment documentation audits, evaluation form applications, the transition from investment documentation to tourism operation licenses and partial tourism operation licenses, regulations concerning gastronomy facilities, and regulations regarding applications for special facility tourism operation licenses.
