It regulates the responsibilities of law, content, location, access, and mass usage providers, as well as the principles for combating crimes in the online environment. Since touristic facilities provide internet usage opportunities to individuals at a specific location and for a specific duration, they are considered mass usage providers. ALTİD and TÜROFED have conducted studies on the obligation of mass usage providers to prevent access to criminal content and have organized a seminar in cooperation with ALTİD Talya Bilişim.

The purpose and scope of the Law are to regulate the liabilities and responsibilities of content providers, hosting providers, access providers, and collective usage providers, as well as the principles and procedures regarding the fight against certain crimes committed in the internet environment through content, hosting, and access providers.
Our tourist facilities are in the position of public access providers, meaning they provide individuals with the opportunity to use the internet in a specific location and for a specific duration.
Mass usage providers have obligations. Regardless of whether they are for commercial purposes or not, all mass usage providers are obliged to take preventive measures against access to content that constitutes a crime. Based on this point, studies have been conducted on this law and its requirements within the agendas of ALTİD and TÜROFED, and with this seminar, legislative knowledge and access control were explained in cooperation with ALTİD and Talya Bilişim.
