The awards, determined by the Kleopatra Hotelists Association according to the ratings on the "Holiday Check" website—a tradition they have established where vacationers from all over the world share their impressions—have been presented to their recipients. Tourism professionals, led by the President of the Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) Burhan Sili, attended the ceremony. Speaking at the ceremony, the President of the Kleopatra Hotelists Association Servet Şakiroğlu stated, “With the aim of encouraging hotels, we present awards to our hotels that achieved the highest score increase and the highest score through the Holiday Check rating during the year 2015. I congratulate the managers of Taç Premier Hotel & SPA, which received the highest score award this year, and Smartline Sunpark Beach Hotel, which achieved the highest score increase rate, for their success and for raising the customer satisfaction rate to a high level.” The managers who received their awards, Şevki Taç and Ekrem Curnal, stated that tourism facility management is a team effort, saying, “We received this award on behalf of our team that works with great dedication.
