Alanya Launches Initiative for "Health Tourism".

Mehmet Dahaoğlu, Deputy Chairman of the Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation, stated that they presented Alanya's potential in health tourism to representatives from 65 countries in Azerbaijan. The Hestourex fair, held in Baku under the patronage of the Presidency and with the support of six ministries, is considered by global health authorities to be the largest health tourism event of 2022. Representatives from ALTAV, ALSTUD, Başkent Hospitals, Alanya Yaşam Hospital, Modern Saraylar Resort Hotel, and M2 Expat Alanya Health Consultancy from Alanya are participating in the fair.

This organization is recognized by global health authorities as the largest health tourism event of 2022. Representatives from Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation (ALTAV), ALSTUD, Başkent Hospitals, Alanya Yaşam Hospital, Modern Saraylar Resort Hotel, and M2 Expat Alanya Health Consultancy are participating in the fair from Alanya.

Mehmet Dahaoğlu, Vice President of the Alanya Association of Tourism Operators (ALTİD), made the following remarks regarding the ongoing fair: "Following the COVID-19 pandemic, which shook the world, the rules of the game are being redefined in this new era. The importance of Hestourex, which is supported by the Ministry of Trade within the framework of foreign currency-generating service support, is now even greater. Here, health tourism partners interact, creating opportunities for business development and partnerships. The fair features participants from 65 countries, primarily 22 European countries. Health tourism in Alanya is becoming stronger year after year. Investments from both the state and private institutions are strengthening Alanya's position in the field of health tourism. We will continue our promotional activities in all areas of tourism," he said.
