Through the initiatives of the Alanya Promotion Foundation (ALTAV), the team from the Hungarian travel magazine Go Utazas, which has a circulation of 25,000, has arrived in Alanya for news and photography studies. ALTİD Vice President Mehmet Dahaoğlu stated that they continue their promotional activities by bringing members of the press to Alanya in addition to international fair promotions. Magazine editor Szilvia Szeszler praised the quality, coastline, and service sector of Alanya, noting that she would dedicate many more pages to Alanya in the next issue.

Through the initiatives of the Alanya Promotion Foundation (ALTAV), the editorial team of the Go Utazas travel magazine, which has a circulation of 25,000 and is published throughout Hungary, has arrived in Alanya for news and photography work this year, just as they did last year. Stating that a strong bond exists between the Hungarian and Turkish peoples, ALTAV and Alanya Association of Tourism Professionals (ALTİD) Vice President Mehmet Dahaoğlu said, “We had provided promotion by opening an Alanya stand at the International Hungexpo Tourism Fair held in Hungary. However, we do not conclude our efforts solely with international fair promotions. We bring the press members of the countries we visit to our Alanya. Within this scope, we hosted Szilvia Szeszler, the editor of the Go Utazas travel magazine published in Hungary with a circulation of 25,000, and her team in Alanya. Last year, we attracted 180,000 people from this market to our country. Despite all the negative developments, as tourism professionals, we will continue our promotion and image studies in the international arena.”
“EVERYTHING RETURNED TO NORMAL AFTER THE COUP ATTEMPT”
Journalist Szeszler, who stated that he witnessed the coup attempt during his time in Alanya, said that Turkey is a strong country, that tourists learn about events only through the news channels in their own countries and that nothing is reflected to them objectively, and that fortunately, he watched everything in its normal flow. He stated that he drew people's attention to peace and tranquility by making posts from Alanya on social media over the weekend. Expressing that Turkey should be known as a tourism country rather than a country at war, Szeszler said, “I have traveled to many countries in the world. I compare Alanya to Miami very much. Despite this, Alanya is a city with its own unique structure and characteristic features. It is an extraordinary geography with evident quality. Its landscaping and economic structure are strong. It is a pastel-colored city. Its beaches are spotless. We received the best service that can be seen from Alanya tradesmen and hotels. Alanya is a tourism city that you will discover new details in and love even more with every visit you make.” Szeszler stated that he would devote many more pages to Alanya in the next issue.
