Following the screening of the promotional films, the participants presented their views and suggestions. District Governor Erhan Özdemir stated that the film was generally very successful and thanked the individuals and institutions involved. Adding that additions could be made to the film on certain subjects, he said: “It is no easy task to describe Alanya, which possesses a vast history, culture, and many beauties, in a single stroke across all its dimensions. Some people will undoubtedly have different opinions. Overall, it has been a very beautiful piece of work.”
ALTİD President Gülçin Güner, stating that they prepared the film after a long-term study by considering different ideas from every perspective, pointed out that they consider it natural for there to be differing opinions from now on. However, adding that the study was carried out with a great deal of effort, Güner said, “It is a fact that Alanya has needed this study for a long time. A work that will answer this need has emerged. In this sense, we are very happy. By using the data we have as we wish, we can also obtain different images and scenarios.”
ALTSO President Kerim Aydoğan also reminded that they set out with the aim of addressing a major deficiency of a center that has become influential in tourism, such as Alanya. Aydoğan stated that he was particularly pleased that the 2.5-minute clips are already receiving great interest on social media. The ALTSO President added that the promotional film is of a quality and beauty that will meet the needs of the district.
ALTSO Deputy Council President Servet Sipahioğlu also expressed that the film is technically very successful, the footage is of high quality, and the narration is also of high quality.
Following the screening, the meeting participants also expressed their ideas, suggestions, and criticisms.
