The Alanya Tourism Operators Association (ALTİD) has implemented COVID-19 regulations in the beach kiosks within its area of responsibility. The Mayor of Alanya, Adem Murat Yücel, along with a member of the Board of Directors of the Türkiye Turizm Tanıtım ve Geliştirme Ajansı and the Türkiye Otelciler Federasyonu (TÜROFED), and the President of ALTİD, Burhan Sili, inspected the implemented measures on-site.
During the coronavirus period, new social life rules aimed at protecting public health have also been implemented on beaches. Social distancing arrangements and hygiene measures have been carried out in all areas, from buffets and sun loungers to walking paths, changing rooms, and restrooms.
