The Alanya Tourist Operators Association (ALTİD) held a meeting regarding the employment and on-the-job training program incentives introduced in addition to the Unemployment Insurance Law. At the meeting held at the Sunprime C-Lounge Hotel, Bora Ekmekci, a representative of Proventus Employment Incentive Consultancy—a firm that has entered into an agreement with the Turkish Hotel Association (TÜROFED)—gave a presentation to ALTİD members to ensure they derive the maximum benefit from these incentives. The following points were noted during the presentation: As you know, employment incentives have been introduced in addition to the Unemployment Insurance Law No. 4447 pursuant to the Omnibus Law No. 6111. The parameters containing the conditions and criteria set forth in the circular regarding said incentives cause consequences such as being unable to fully benefit from or receiving insufficient benefits from the incentives, due to the fact that they require separate calculations every month and that incorrect notifications are subject to penalties. TÜROFED has entered into an agreement with Proventus Employment Incentive Consultancy, which has prepared a user-friendly, low-cost, and high-speed system that performs the calculations and reporting necessary for companies to benefit from these incentives accurately and completely. The firm's service fee corresponds to a certain percentage of the incentive amount received by the companies, and this rate has been set at the lowest level for TÜROFED members. This system allows you to perform the 6111 incentive calculation through a screen provided to you on a web interface. In addition, the 6111 On-the-Job Training Program Incentive and the incentive within the scope of Decree Law No. 687 are also calculated by Proventus.
