During the visit held at the Turkish Airlines (THY) General Directorate, THY General Manager Bilal Ekşi, THY Charter Manager Emre Menevşe, TÜROFED President Osman Ayık, TÜROFED Vice President Mehmet İşler, TÜROFED Vice President Bülent Bülbüloğlu, TÜROFED Board Member Ali Ulvi Gümüşhan, Secretary General Gülçin Güner, GETOB Board Member Saruhan Saraylı, and coordinator Necip Boz participated.
During the visit, President Ayık emphasized the importance of close cooperation between TÜROFED and THY. Ayık stated that the flights to be organized within the scope of cooperation with tour operators, specifically for operations to regions that work intensively during the summer season, would be extremely beneficial for the country's tourism.
Stating that famous artists, athletes, journalists, and agents to be brought from abroad to promote Türkiye should benefit more from THY facilities, Ayık proposed that, within the scope of mutual cooperation to be carried out with THY, guests arriving in our country could be hosted in member hotels belonging to TÜROFED.
