Tanıtım

Alanya was promoted at the FESPO Tourism Fair, held in Zurich, Switzerland, between January 26-29. Alanya was represented at the fair by Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation (ALTAV) Official Hanneke Lamers Şahin. In light of her observations from the fair and the meetings she conducted, Lamers Şahin noted the following: At the fair, where the largest stand belonged to Türkiye, important operators such as ITS, TUI, Bentour, and FTI also took their places. It was particularly impossible to overlook the presence of ITS. This small, peaceful Central European country, which has a population of 8 million 200 thousand, is known for its high level of prosperity. Twenty-five percent of the population consists of people whose ethnic origins are based in other countries, primarily Germany and the Balkan countries. These groups and the large elderly population represent significant potential for Türkiye. Unlike the other stands, Turkish home-cooked meals, Turkish coffee, tea, and ayran were offered free of charge throughout the day at the Türkiye stand. In this way, visitors had the opportunity to experience the warmth of the Turkish people and the different flavors of Turkish cuisine. All visitors we spoke to on behalf of ALTAV agree that the facilities in Türkiye, especially in Alanya, are unrivaled in terms of service quality, food and presentation, cleanliness, architectural beauty, and particularly price. Although some Swiss people currently maintain some reservations about Türkiye, they all agree on the idea that we are definitely a unique holiday country and an indispensable destination.
