To develop social awareness and increase social sensitivity regarding people with disabilities, organizations organize various activities on December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which was adopted by the United Nations in 1992, in an effort to draw attention to this important day.
Alanya Municipality will also organize a painting exhibition, concerts, and various artistic activities at the Culture Center on December 3, International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Aiming to create social awareness regarding persons with disabilities, Alanya Municipality supports the Day of Persons with Disabilities through organizations it holds every year at the Culture Center and the Barrier-Free Park and Life Center.
Invitations for this special day, which will feature Ayşe Işık's painting exhibition, a dance performance by ballet dancer Memet Sefa Öztürk, and performances by opera singer Hakan Aysev and musician Sinan Akçıl on Monday, December 3, can be obtained from the Alanya Municipality Cultural Center and the Barrier-Free Park and Life Center.
Radyo D, PollProduction, Alanya Turistik İşletmeciler Derneği and Alanya Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası are supporting the December 3 International Day of Persons with Disabilities events coordinated by Alanya Belediyesi. Additionally, numerous non-governmental organizations will also participate in the events of this special day.
Citizens can obtain invitations for the events organized free of charge from the Culture Center and the Barrier-Free Park and Life Center.
