In January 2018, a total of 216 people made inquiries, averaging 7 people per day. Of these inquiries, 211 were made by visitors to our office, and 5 were made via our telephone line at 0242 5119400. Of the 216 inquiries, 211 were for information, 1 was a request for assistance, and 4 were for translation services. Of the visitors, 89 were German (41%), 35 were British (16%), 29 were from Scandinavia (14%), 9 were Dutch (4%), 21 were Turkish (10%), and the remaining 33 visitors (15%) were from various other nationalities. To our visitors, information was provided about places to visit in our town 124 times, directions to various addresses were given 71 times, and information about transportation to different areas was provided 69 times. In addition to providing verbal information, a total of 81 different brochures were distributed to our visitors.
Since the opening of our office on August 19, 2004, a total of 60,747 applications have been received. This translates to an average of 14 people per day, or 371 people per month. When considering the average over the years, approximately 4,540 applications are received at the office each year.
