This Communiqué determines the procedures and principles regarding the preparation and approval of price tariffs to be implemented by licensed businesses within the scope of the Tourism Encouragement Law No. 2634. Businesses are obliged to prepare their realistic and marketable prices in the months of September-October and have them approved by the Provincial Directorates of Culture and Tourism to which they are affiliated. While accommodation facilities and yacht businesses may determine their prices in US Dollars or Euros, businesses implementing the all-inclusive system are required to inform their customers regarding their service durations and methods of presentation.
