Thousands of volunteers from 22 countries located across 3 continents and bordering the Mediterranean will participate in the social-purpose “Let’s Do It, Akdeniz!” movement. Let’s Do It, Akdeniz! Alanya Project Coordinator Özgür Arslan, who released a press release regarding the matter, stated the following:
Let's Do It, Akdeniz! (Haydi Yapalım Akdeniz!) We will hold the second edition of the environmental movement in Alanya this year, just as we did last year, through the cooperation of ALÇED and the participation of nature-loving volunteers. As nature volunteers, while we clean the Mediterranean, we aim to have people of all ages work together, to have them direct their own talents and the things they enjoy doing toward a specific purpose, and to bring everyone together around our Mediterranean through a voluntary movement. The most beautiful blue is the Mediterranean. There is a place for everyone in this voluntary movement on May 9. Share this happiness with us during the event that will take place in Türkiye and 22 Mediterranean countries on Saturday, May 9.
